The founder and lead attorney at Staley Law, Henry Staley excels in trial practice, evaluating claims, and negotiating to get the maximum on his clients' cases. He has 35 years of experience representing the injured in liability and workers' compensation cases, and eight years of experience on the other side of the law as a claims adjuster and insurance company supervisor. He draws on this experience daily, understanding how insurance companies view your claim and evaluate its worth.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and Atlanta Law School, Henry became a member of the Georgia Bar Association in 1977 and has handled over 3,000 personal injury cases in his distinguished career, including a number in the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, as well as the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

Henry finds that he is most encouraged when handling cases for those who have been seriously injured and are being taken advantage of by the system. He enjoys the challenges of analyzing and applying the law to help those in need.

Henry has been an active member of Duluth United Methodist Church for 35 years and believes a spiritual relationship is important to a successful life. He enjoys sailing, fishing, reading, and spending time on Hird Island, Georgia, with his family. He counts his law practice of 35 years, his wife, Liz, and sons, Jamie and David, as things he is most proud of.
